With whatever donation requirements and/or extra fees it costs to be a season ticket holder added into those revenue figures, too. And then after the event capacity restrictions are altered/lifted, they will end up selling a lot or all of those single-game tickets anyway (most likely scenario).
So, to answer your question... Yes, a very solid plan to sell more season tickets and bring in more revenue. All while maintaining the appearance that they actually care about social distancing and the health and safety of those in attendance. It's a win/win.
