I don't think its been published yet. There's a chance he might be bluffing to try to scare Twitter to walk back what they are doing.

But then again, he might not be bluffing. Can he temporarily remove the "safe harbor" protections by executive order if he believes they are acting as publishers and attempting to interfere with the upcoming election?
