LSU Career Kicking and Punting Records

In the "greatest" thread, almost every kicker and punter in Tiger history has been named by someone. Thought I'd post the career records in each category just to make sure all names have been covered:

Stovall punted for several years with the St. Louis Cardinals. He was somewhat unique - All Pro defensive back, punter, and on occasions returned punts and kickoffs.

Back then, the punter was not recruited, but usually chosen by who could kick the best. This is one reason why the averages were considerably lower for the older kickers. Remember, the best athletics in high school also doubled as the punter.
I do not remember any pure punters.
Also, because of the substitution rules, it was easier to use an offensive starter than run a man in.

Particularly in the 50s - at one point if a player left the game, he couldn't return at all during that quarter. Billy Cannon punted a number of times, and I think I recall him kicking an occasional xp.
