He knows soccer and is a good coach. He is not that organized or detail oriented, which was part of his downfall with LSA. ODP was a mess under him.

I hope he does well but it is usually difficult for good coaches to get away from coaching and into a more administrative role as DOC or club president.

I would need to know:

1) Where are you going to train? Where are you playing games? I know BRSC has burbank and indy on lockdown.

2) Who are your coaches? If the quality of coach is not higher than what's currently at BRSC, I'm not sure how or why anyone would jump.

3) Will I get to see my coaching assignment before I am forced to accept/reject an offer?

4) Will I get to see the list of invites for the team I've been offered for my child before I'm forced to accept? This one is a big one for a new club like this.
