The premier soccer league (PSL) is us club soccer's version of the gulf south premier league (GSPL). The teams in the PSL and GSPL are also members of their state institutions and play league games in their states. These are just a second league teams play in.
La fire, brsc, Mandeville, and CSC are all in the GSPL. Dynamo, jesters, Slidell (and some others) are in PSL.

The PSL may be a good spot for GCT to start.
To play LCSL they would have to meet some sort of qualifications to be eligible to have teams and then start at the bottom I believe.

My son plays in MidSouth and GSPL (NPL) leagues with BRSC. MidSouth is a ‘US Youth Soccer’ league...BRSC came in 3rd...my son’s tean ...hopefully not relegated. GSPL, BRSC first...the rest of the pack...boy’s team technically second.
PSL was meh. They had required tournaments with no competition...that may have just been one bad one though.
