These people were never serious about combatting illegal and legal immigration. But that's a given considering the president is by no means a restrictionist.
There's a reason why unions and ICE and CBP agents oppose Tuberville. They don't believe he's serious about border security and enforcing immigration law.
A senate term from Tommy Tuberville is going to disappoint his voters. He'll be just like Lindsey Graham and Thom Tillis who are the most pro immigration Senate repubs in Congress right now.
