ust curious, why do you think in August 2016 Manafort shared internal swing-state polling data with Kilimnik, a Russian with ties to Russian intelligence?
In any case, the polling data was predominantly part of the public record, and there was still no evidence that Kilimink put any of it to use (despite the accidental revelation of Manafort’s sharing of polling data in January 2019, Mueller had been investigating the Manafort/Kilimink connection almost from the start).

Brad Parscale led Trump's 100 man cyber campaign team in San Antonio that had been mining Trump's campaign data for months. Jared Kushner supposedly had claimed the list was worth $30 million.
