I'd seriously find another pot for 5-7 sacks..... that's 3-4 hours of work with 1 pot.


Boil 2 sacks then change water. Between 1st and 2nd sack add half the seasoning that you put the first time.

Thanks everyone. I have access to 2 cookers and another 100qt pot with burner. So I'll have at least 2 going at a time.

This. You can also stretch this to 3 sacks if you clean them well enough.
