I admittedly haven't done much other than watch his video a few times but how is he guilty of murder?

My guess is GBI found something outside of the video released to tie him to that charge. Especially since he’s not charged as just an accomplice.

I’m pretty sure I read they (GBI) went through the McMichael’s home the other day. So who knows if it’s connected to that.

They charged him with felony murder based on false imprisonment. Basically saying he was attempting to commit the felony of false imprisonment when Arbery died.

Felony murder is a charge that is leveled at members of a group in the act of committing a felony and someone is killed.
