No disrespect to any of the young men that played QB from 08-17 but..
He is exactly what this program has been asking for. A trigger man to get the ball to a non stop flow of athletes

You can’t help but wonder how guys like Mett & Etling would have done. Etling was a tough sob and a hell of a leader. I feel like he could have been good. Not burrow good tho

I liked Mett and Etling. I don’t get the feeling Mett was a workaholic. He relied on his arm talent. I feel like Etling and Joe had similar qualities. Both were tough as nails and sneaky athletic. Where Joe rose above was his uncanny accuracy and elite pocket presence.
