I bought a half last week.

Ended up w 310 lbs of beef. Ground, ribeye, t bones, short ribs, soup bones, sirloins, sirloin tip roast, chuck roasts.

Paid 800 for the half and 225 for the cutting and vac pack. So just a smidge over 3 bucks a lb. great beef at a great price imo

Sounds like you got a deal! You got twice as much, for the same price they want around here, for a quarter. I guess I'll stick to buying choice cuts, when I want some, from the local butcher shop, and just get my ground beef from Costco.

That’s about the same price you can buy a half over here in south MS. I just dont have the freezer space and can’t find one anywhere at the moment. Couple places around here taking orders for steers though.
