NO, its typical liberal progressive thought. They believe that for every success there must be an equal but opposite failure. If you get rich that causes someone to be poor. Likewise, your kid getting a good education means someone's kid didn't. Their thoughts are so fundamentally flawed that everything they touch is bound to fail. See liberal cities as an example.
