Thats unfortunate. TCL is a good TV for the price too.
Sounds like you need to go back to RCA
I'm sure there are some brands that can withstand the moisture and humidity better because of the way they are built. No clue on how to go about testing that though.

I typically get the largest Insignia Smart TV (Best Buy house brand) they make and put it outside. It used to be 55" but I believe they are up to 58". They are $300-$400 bucks and my two have been outside for years and all still work. Only issue I have had is the ports rusting but you should be able to buy little plastic inserts which I did not do.
