While looters were busy with TVs and jerseys, organized gangs came to New Orleans from all over to tactically hit jewelry stores and art galeries.
They figured it out after sniping a bunch and finding their west coast gang ink all over them.

Just listened to a podcast about that 2 nights ago
I would've banged Addie Hall, but I would NOT have strangled, dismembered, and/or cooked her body
