Is Cantrell follows the state lead, things will be interesting. Several of the music clubs on Frenchman St have restaurant permits, although they never sell food. Wonder if any of them will try to use that to open, although at the reduced capacity?!?

NOPD is not going to enforce that shite. She better have a better enforcement plan.
