None of this is relevant to the charges because it all comes down to whether the McMichaels witnessed an offense or had immediate knowledge of it, the evidence as exists does not provide them a solid platform there and Georgia vigilante law requires they have tantamount to probable cause to arrest the person if it's a felony and that person's escaping. Even the best, most realistic case scenario doesn't help them because Arbery most likely committed a misdemeanor by being on that property (criminal trespass) and therefore they shouldn't have pursued, can only pursue and arrest for felonies. Moreover, he probably didn't know the police were even called and saw these two rednecks with guns following him and admonishing they wanted to talk to him.
