I think you hit the nail on the head as far as your description of events, but i believe they walk. If the deceased continues to run or simply stands there and are shot its murder, when he charged the son that muddies the water. It’s why i say i will not use my gun to stop a robbery even maybe even if im held up, i will only confront someone to stop an imminent death situation. Theres just too many variables that arent worth the risk.
