Just tax the Silicon Valley billionaires and Hollywood actors more. Rich Californians are RICH. Say the taxes are to help thwart Trump or something and your deficit will be made up in no time.

Yes- The Cali libs were/are so much against Trump, including his tax cuts, so I would think they would be fine with paying more taxes!
