The shutdowns of businesses constitute a taking which without just compensation is unconstitutional as a violation of the 5th Amendment - entitling the aggrieved party to not just the compensation due, but attorney's fees for the civil rights violation (as this was done under the color of law [1983 violation]).

I sure hope she bankrupt’s those asshats running that country when she wins her lawsuit. On top of that I hope as part of the settlement that judge in charge spends seven days in jail.

With her going to jail for contempt of court, end of story.

She had the option of getting an injunction, she did not have the option of telling the court FU.

Thread title is misleading.
