No, but I made quite a few gumbos' with wild duck. Used the tame yard ducks (Muscovy) for post roasted duck (cast iron pot). Post roasted duck is yummy!
My goal in life? Find a restaurant in my hometown that does pressed duck. Heck, I'll even accept Peking duck.
