Ready to see the D get after the QB and force more turnovers instead of the bend but don’t break style Aranda runs.

was just talking about JS with a bud; I hope the saints can get him round 2 next draft, but I think he is going to destroy this year and be a late first!

I don't know if he'll be a first rounder. But his draft stock will be higher from playing in Pelini's defense.

I want to see Jacoby Stevens recreate the Laron Landry blitz on John Parker Wilson in 2006. Laron Landry destroys JPW

Said this in the other thread on this tweet, but I am ready to move on from Aranda's "read and react" style of defense and back to Bo's aggressive attacking defense.

Want to bring back some safety blitz packages.

Yeah I much prefer the aggressive defense, which is especially disruptive when we have lockdown corners.

Aranda was jam up at confusing quarterbacks though.

Aranda did both. He blitzed, but he did so judiciously, not half the time. Blitzing more is fine with me, but there is another side to that coin. You WILL see more big plays against us.

With our high scoring offense, I think a high risk/high reward blitzing defense is a good idea. I also think our type of athletes favor it. We have been fortunate in that LSU has had great defensive coaching all the way back to the co-coordinator BS. Steele, Chief and Aranda were all among the very best, and Pelini is too.

That hit Stevens put on the Clemson WR was beautiful!
