re: Who knew O was a significant upgrade from Les?

He was not the guy I wanted but I 100% new he was going to be better than miles. The talent we have hear just needs a guy willing to adapt. And I felt coach O was playing the politics very well, seeing opportunity and seizing it. Seems to no when to strike, and was not going to let the 2nd opportunity pass him by. Kinda thought he was listening to the fans and using his media Connects to stir the fire etc..

I new he would be better I did not know he would go to what ever lengths to ensure he was putting the right staff together and hold his coaches accountable very very impressed
