That's just flat out wrong. I know that our facility has people in Admin who are "neighbors" and are partnered with residents. Each Admin Neighbor contacted (or attempted to) each RP to make them aware of the situation and updated policies. I'm seeing notes in the EMR today regarding new cases as well being called to all RPs (except for those that don't answer or don't have voice mail set up).
But to lie and say NONE is just so f'ing wrong.
