The problem with people like you is your info comes from the dishonest filter of the news sources you worship instead of from the actual sources. Anyone who watches the press conferences live understands perfectly what Trump meant, it’s only after your media twists and changes it that it comes out confusing. You’d think after nearly 4 years of being wrong 100% of the time you’d stop getting your news from blue checks.
