Who can shorten a driver shaft in BR?

I posted in the other thread, but why not choke up?

I just cut my M6 down to 44 inches. I ripped the grip off, put masking tape on the area I needed to cut and shapied the cut line. Then I got a $6 fine tooth hack saw from Lowe’s and cut the shaft. Then regrip. I was surprised how easy it was. Also I’m hitting the center of the face so much more and it’s much easier to control.
It seems a little ridiculous that off the rack clubs are 45.75 inches long now when pros don’t average that length.

If you cut it with a hacksaw be absolutely certain to rotate the shaft as you cut.
