It's Pistol, but I think Chris Jackson is a relatively close second. I've been an LSU/college basketball fan since 1977, and CJ is BY FAR the best college player I've ever seen.
You just can't argue against Pete. One little known fact about the Pistol: his last year with the Celtics, (after a major knee injury without the surgical techniques of today), he was 6-10 from 3 point range, and this was the first year the NBA adopted the rule. Imagine what he would have done in the pros (and college) with the 3 pointer.

I watched Pete drop 69 vs the Knicks in the Dome once. No 3 point line. He’d have hit 75-80 points easily with one. He was totally magical.
