I'd lol for days if AD left but I have to imagine that he's just selling to buy another crib in LA. I'm sure he'd love to live in Southern California in the offseason regardless of which team he plays for.
I don't believe AD has even sold his MCE house yet.
ETA: He hasn't sold it. Last time that property was transferred was in 2015.
