Executive Order is just to create this task force to determine how we reopen business in Texas?!?!? Why the hell hadn’t he already been doing this?

Executive orders effective today:
-Creation of Strike Force
- Schools are closed through rest of 2019-2020 school year
- Elective Medical Procedures are reopened for serious conditions
- More restrictions on Access to Nursing homes

4/20:
- Public parks reopen with visitors wearing face masks, maintaining 6’ distance and limiting groups to 5 or less. (Please, please include tennis courts and golf courses)

Effective 4/24:
All retail reopens with order to pickup to go

More actions on 4/27 to open many more businesses; how many depend on case numbers not jumping too high.

I'm sure he was artfully trying to tell President Trump that despite the offer, no he doesn't need Ivanka or Jared on the task force.
