I have about 11k in it. That’s the building, fill dirt, slab, and electrical which I did on my own.
I contracted the slab outside of the carport transaction. The installers for the building showed up about 7am and finished up close to dark. They did a good job...no complaints.

i have a carolina carpot. 36x24x10 with 2 roll up doors 10 wide 9 tall. the concrete (6" with metal and footers all around) was about 4500, and the building was just over 9k. i didn't get insulated but god i wish i did. i did all the electrical myself spent around 1k including renting the trencher and buying 175 ft of 2224 cable to power the main in my building. i have no complaints so far. looking for ways to install power garage door openers now.
