Dude, I was there once. Remember I was a spec home builder and RE investor when the great recession hit. I lost nearly everything. I only had a few notes I financed for people and that little gas station I owned left but creditors were calling. I was depressed as hell for a few years but I dug out and am financially, personally, and spiritually much stronger now. Considering where it brought me, I wouldn't trade the experience at all.

You just have to keep moving forward as best as you can.
