A disruption in supply and demand.
Also a major change in the distribution channel of food--grocers do not have the the sales history to buy properly given the massive change in demand since restaurants have been so restricted.
If the government stays out of it the disruptions will correct themselves but if people like you that believe the government is a better operator of pork facilities and the like are successful we will have major issues for a long time.
