Once Trump gives a “go date”, which I expect will be May 4, democrat governors will continue to push quarantine.

It will be up to Republican governors to implement a sensible plan for reopening and execute.

If successful, blue state residents will force the issue.

I’m saying what facts make you think blue state governors will push quarantine more? And for what purpose?

Because some of them are already pushing to extend quarantine for the next couple of months.

Basically because OMB.

I read something yesterday with the top 15 or so governors in approval rating increase like 12 being dems. And I think the governor that has gotten the worst feedback so far as been Desantis. Your post just seems lazily stated.

Hell, I voted for Trump. And I want us open by May 4. I just don’t see any facts that back up what you’re claiming

Agree, Trump has to facilitate this. May 4th may be too late for the economy.

I didn’t realize I was being graded for “post effort”.

So this was just a circle jerk and not a real conversation.. got it. At least explain how any blue state governors will benefit from an extended lockdown outside of “flattening the curve” further if they feel their states need it.

If you can’t see that dem governors are pushing for an extended quarantine - and the likely reason why - I’m not sure I could adequately explain it in a forum post.

See how that works?

Dems prey on the weak and fearful to maintain power and authority. It's as old as time, and yet you need proof.

Yes. I can see John Bel Edwards as a power drunk lunatic who wants to crush the biggest aspects of his state’s already mediocre economy to push progressive policies come on man
