On the right side of my neck it’s hurts 6/10 when I depress what I believe to be a lymph node along the sternocleidomastoid muscle between my lower mandible and laryngeal prominence.

Is it da corona or lymphoma?

ETA: I’ve had severe sinus pain on my right side as well the last two days that radiated into my upper teeth on the right side.

Not a substitute for medical advice:

Just based off of this info, and I'm assuming the lymph node issue correlates with the around the timing of the sinus issue, it's more likely related to an acute infection.

Severe facial pain of acute onset should be an ED visit. The differential is too broad: bacterial sinusitis, trigeminal neuralgia, Bell's palsy, an abscess etc.
