re: When to add each side to crawfish boil

Of those ingredients listed, I'd have the garlic in my initial seasoned water and bring to a rolling boil for 3-5 min, add potatoes, give 4-5 minutes in boil, add mushrooms and Sausage in with crawfish, return to a boil and only boil 2-3 min (thick white smoke) Cut fire and add the frozen corn to help cool boil. soak 30 min or so.
thats just my style. I dont eat the corn and most of my guests dont like the corn
