The trend in new stadium construction and redos is a normal lower bowl, open plaza level and then suites stacked 6-7 levels high replacing upper level seating. Probably can’t do all that with historical nature of TS.
I would expect a redo of PMAC and some sort of shared plaza level to be a part of this.

Abate the Asbestos in the old dorm rooms and change the areas for restaurant type concessions with huge bathrooms. There’s South, East and North Dorms.
