When I was really young, maybe pre teen, the Cub Scout Den that I was in would go to the Tulane - Ole Miss game every year. Don’t know if someone would donate tickets or what.
Way too young to even think about that.
I remember it was big (of course we were kids then) and the hedges all the way around.

For 3 years straight, I went with my park football team.

As I recall, it was something like $3 per kid and you got a ticket, a hot dog, and a drink. While the seats were typically in the upper deck, they weren't bad as we usually sat in the first 2-3 rows.

I also remember that the popcorn holders sold in the stadium doubled as a "megaphone" when you got finished eating the popcorn.
