I attended the 58 LSU 62 zip rout of the Greenies as a senior in high school. Unfortunately, also attended the Jan 1, 1960 Sugar Bowl - where Ole Miss put a beating on Cannon and Company.

I attended the pre-Saints NFL double header exhibition game there when it rained like a son-a-bitch.

Attended the first ever Saints regular season game against the Rams when John Gilliam ran the opening kickoff back for a TD.

Many fond memories at the old Sugar Bowl Stadium.

It was a truly great old stadium.

It should still be there, screw what some pseudo eggheads wanted.
