I have a 48" Viking, 6 burners, 12" griddle. Use griddle to cook pancakes, burgers, bacon, etc. Cleans up easily while hot, add a few ice cubes, & work them with a spatula. Has a generous, removable drip pan, so cleanup is easy...

thanks all
I'll end up going with one as long as it has the drain pan or is a replaceable attachment .. viking is expensive but looks great.
PS - a great use case will be a platform for my instant pot; it makes a ton of steam during sauteing and will be nice to have a solid platform under the vent
