Swaddle as tight as humanly possible.
White noise machine.
Cry it out - usually only takes 2-3 days to implement.
So you have a strict, set bedtime routine?
600 bath
610 pyjamas
620 bottle
630 book, then goodnight
Just do the exact same thing every day for the next 6 months.
