You're solid then.

If you want to bump up the processor then do it before you build (it's far easier and less costly since you aren't buying both processors). Upgrading the RAM will probably get you a little more noticeable performance but it's far easier to do and can be done at any time. Just make sure when you order that your choice in RAM leaves at least one open slot for adding RAM instead of replacing RAM.
