And we've mostly been talking about rent. What if you have a $1700/mo mortgage payment and you can't make it? You can't just decide to go rent a cheap place without wrecking your credit.

Yeah. It’s a very tough situation. I was defending the shite out of a major company yesterday on Reddit. I asked myself - who even am I right now?
