Forget a chiro, buy a $100 inversion table. If it’s a herniated disc, as mine was, you will feel immediate relief.

Find a good one and go to them for immediate relief. Long term I would find a PT. But I’ve been where you are now and felt 100% better after having a chiropractor adjust me. I just wouldn’t do that long term. And as many have said make sure you find a good one if so.

TLDR: quick fix to ease pain more immediately use a chiropractor, long term find a good PT. Good luck

Does the Ortho have a PA? If so see if you can get an appointment with the PA sooner. The PA can get the test and meds you need.
