Exactly the way it should be handled
Texas is fixing to explode. There are a number of things the Governor needed to do. I understand the libertarian angle by allowing local government to decide what they want but that’s not the way to handle this. It’s leading from behind against an enemy that’s on the march in Texas. Respectfully, 1200 tests simply isn’t enough by the state.
