My first game as a student. I started at LSU in 03 but stupidly didn't get tickets. I'll never forgive myself got staying the entire game, only to leave after Oregon St scored their final touchdown in the 4th. I was going down the steps to Kirby Smith when I heard the roar of the crowd as Alexis Serna missed the extra point. I moved as fast as I could, as a handicapped man, to make it back to my room to watch overtime.

This is accurate. It wasn't just rain falling, it was so heavy that it was like somebody was dumping a bucket on you after being in it for a minute. And this was right when they instituted the lightning proximity delays, so the team came out to warm up and this was the first game after the 2003 Title game, so the stadium was fricking packed. They call a lightning delay and it starts raining, all around the same time. So you have a full Tiger Stadium with rain coming down like that, and there's nowhere to go because everybody is trying to haul arse under the stadium and it's just a solid mass of people at that point. That sucked.

The only good thing about it, was wet t shirt contest.

Oregon State. Standing at top of south endzone (before upper deck), just looking around. Lightning hit not 200 yards away. Got down below pretty quickly

That game is the earliest game I distinctly remember attending... feet were wrinkled for days

Same! Was hot as balls all day then started pissing like crazy which made it like a sauna. The whole upper deck had to hide out under the walk ramps for almost an hour.

I don’t have a specific one in mind, but the truly cold ones are the worst for me.

I'm with you on that. That is also one of my favorite game experiences. The whole student section stayed and sang rain drops keep falling on my head.

Then i found a soggy hamburger patty in my pocket (must have stuck it there while tailgating) and ate it. This chick just about puked watching that unfold.

First one that comes to mind. It rained so hard at one point that I could barely see the east side of the field.
