Yeah, lots of landlords are gonna have to do some figuring here. If you evict someone now in this economic situation, can you get a new tenant paying rent before the existing guy would start paying again? If you're at the point where your existing non-paying tenants sink you, you have to evict and hope you can replace enough to stay afloat yourself. On the other hand, if you can restructure for a few months with modified leases, do you do that instead?
