I haven't watched it yet but did your ISZA happen as planned?
Not yet, but I think they set up the reason it has to happen.
I got a little excited about the episode description and assumed that's what it was. What actually happened was just as significant though. I will let you watch before I say anything, but there is about to be a good reason to keep the money trail confusing.

I think I may have just have figured out a major part of how Saul and Nacho screw Lalo.
It varies by state a little, but if a bail bondsmen post bail and the defendant dies they get that money returned.
On a cash bail, which was specifically mentioned in this episode, the money is returned to whoever posted the bail.
The judge specifically mentioned a cash bail and Lalo told Jimmy that it's up to him to get it.
I'm thinking Lalo gets killed, probably by Nacho and Saul/Nacho end up with some split of the cash.
Nacho, or his dad, or both have to be disappeared by the disappearer. After Mike and Nacho's conversation, I'm betting Mike finds the disappearer and has Saul set Nacho up with him.
More than likely Nacho will be hiding from Gus not the cartel, but Mike throws him a bone. Jimmy of course won't know the full details of Gus and assume he's running from Lalo's guys.
