Fat, black, probably a smoker. Yes no known health issues when we know many sicknesses affect blacks more than others.

Being black actually seems to be protection against coronavirus. There are almost no deaths from the virus in SS Africa. LINK

From someone close to me in the medical field, this is a lot of the cases for the young ones dying. Smokers that are obese are having a hard time with this virus, regardless of age.
