My go to is "Monkey arse"
I'll politely ask the gf to do something five or six times. But if she ignores my requests to leave or do something, I usually get her with a:
"Get your monkey arse up, I'm tired of repeating myself."
Nearly always results in a shake of the head and doing what I asked
