Mona’s on Magazine gone?

Signs on the door says Saj opening soon. What happened to Mona’s? And what is Saj?

Could it be that since all restaurants are shut down they don't want to pay the rent on the Magazine location. I would think it has to be sky high in that area for a commercial enterprise.
I know the Mona's in Mid-City on Banks St. does a hell of a business and they've been there for many years now. Not sure if the store is also shut down right now even though their restaurant is not seating customers.

It was always empty.
Only ate there twice and it was terrible both times. Grape leaves soggy, runny hummus, etc.

I've only eaten at the one on Banks St. and their menu and food is solid-----and reasonably priced too.
I also like the fact they have that store right next to the restaurant that carries a lot of things you'd never find in a typical U.S. supermarket.
