I think it'll be in phases.
Phase 1 was what we have now, which didn't really change a whole lot. It's just officially announced.
Next phase is really cracking down on the enforcement of it. I checked a nearby golf course, to see if it had closed Sunday after the announcement. I found out that they were opening on Monday, and they are usually closed on Mondays.
So businesses like that, which aren't essential but aren't closing will have to.
Next phase, if it's still needed is a full on shut down of a lot of the essentials, like you see during a major hurricane. Gas stations, grocery stores, etc closed for a period of time. Let's hope it doesn't come to that.
